Therapy services include:
The Physical Therapist provides treatment to reduce pain, improve mobility, regain
strength, and promote healing after illness or injury.
The Occupational Therapist (OT) helps the patients achieve their maximal independence
with daily living tasks. The OT also specializes in all aspects of hand injuries, splinting
and work related injuries.
Speech and Language Pathology
The Speech and Language Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and
Patients are referred to Physical Rehabilitation Services through private physicians, family members,
friends, specialists from other facilities, or by self-referral. A prescription from your doctor is
required for services and for some insurance plans a referral may be necessary.

The outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Services from Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
